The new Todd County Public Library at 507 South Main Street in Elkton opened for the first time Monday, welcoming patrons after a month-long movement of media.
WEKT’s Caitlin Brooks stopped by and captured the photos below. The Library is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
