An Elkton man was charged with DUI and assault after a wreck on Blue Gray Park Road in Todd County Friday.
Todd County Sheriff’s Deputy Derek Baumann says a car driven by David Kenner crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a vehicle driven by Melinda Dossett of Elkton head-on.
Kenner was arrested after the crash and charged with DUI second offense, second-degree assault, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain required insurance.
Dossett was taken to Jennie Stuart Health for non-life-threatening injuries.
