Timothy Wayne Pulley is a 1977 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
After graduating, he attended Austin Peay State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in history for secondary education. Before retiring, Pulley says his most significant vocation was his time as a librarian, from which he is now retired.
Pulley was born in Guthrie and still lives there today.
