A teenager was flown to a Nashville hospital after falling off of a bridge in Todd County Tuesday night.
Todd County emergency personnel say an 18-year-old fell off a bridge on Elk Fork Road around 8 p.m.
The teenager was flown to a Nashville hospital the full extent of his injuries was unknown.
