A Guthrie man was charged with assault after he reportedly bit a nurse at Jennie Stuart Health Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 23-year-old Kalob Slade bit the nurse and then spit on the same one after being handcuffed to the bed by law enforcement.
Slade was arrested and charged with third-degree assault of a healthcare provider.
