An Elkton man was charged with trafficking drugs while being arrested on active warrants at Royal Arms Apartments Monday afternoon.
Elkton Police Department Captain Jakop Smith says he and Officer Stayce Player located 33-year-old William Wilder in an apartment and took him into custody on active warrants out of Christian and Logan counties for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting.
During the arrest, he was reportedly found to have a large bag of suspected meth as well as marijuana. He is charged with trafficking meth and possession of marijuana.
