A Celebration of Life service for Willie Robert Ashford, 86, of Trenton, KY will be Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. The family will receive friends at Sykes Funeral Home in Clarksville on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM and again on Friday from 9:30 AM until the hour of service.
Willie was born on October 13, 1938 in Wartrace, TN to Floyce and Etta Ashford. Willie was a Navy Veteran. He loved to tinker with cars and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Willie and his wife, Emma also owned various businesses.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Robert Ashford and brothers: Royce Ashford, Winston Ashford, Kenneth Ashford, and David Ashford.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 67 years, Emma Ashford, children, Eddie Ashford and Linda (Brian) Ashford, 7 grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren, 2 great- great- grandchildren, and brother, Clyde Ashford.
