Guthrie Main Street Celebrates A Successful 2024

2024 was a busy year for Guthrie Main Street with some exciting projects downtown.

The non-profit focuses on revitalizing Guthrie’s downtown through brick-and-mortar projects and events that bring the community together. Executive Manager Tracy Robinson says its vision is for Guthrie to be a thriving community that surrounds a vibrant, functional and historic downtown.

Last year, Guthrie Main Street invested $67,130 in various events and projects downtown, including Music in the Park, Main Street Market at Longhurst’s, the completion of “The Blues Mural” in Longhurst Park and downtown beautification. Additionally, the organization awarded $2,000 in scholarships to two TCCHS students.

Robinson thanks the community for their continued support of Guthrie Main Street and adds member contributions are what makes the organization’s projects possible. She invites the community to join Guthrie Main Street for another outstanding year of growth and development downtown.
