During its regularly scheduled meeting earlier this week, the Todd County Board of Education approved the 2025-26 calendar and start/end times for each school.
The calendar states that teachers and staff will return to the classroom on August 5, 2025, with the first day for students being the following day.
The district’s fall break will begin the week of October 3, 2025. Winter break will be from December 19, 2025, to January 4, 2026. Spring break will start on April 3, 2026. The tentative final day for students will be May 15, 2026.
The district will also have early release days on August 29th, October 2nd, November 25th, and December 18, 2025. In 2026, those dates will be January 16th, February 13th, April 2nd, and May 15th.

Additionally, the board approved the starting and ending times for the school day at each school in the district.
Doors at all schools will open at 7:30 a.m., while preschool will open at 7:45 a.m. Start times will vary between 7:50 and 8:00 a.m. End times will vary between 2:50 and 3:00 p.m. Early release days will occur between 1:10 and 1:25 p.m.
