A man was charged after an investigation into an assault of a woman on Heltsley Road in Todd County on December 30th.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to the home for 52-year-old Robert Oliver who had allegedly attacked his mother. Deputies say Oliver was taken into custody and started kicking, spitting, and punching at deputies while making threats to them.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, possession of meth, menacing, and prescription controlled substance not in a proper container.
