The 2025 4-H farm calendars will be for sale to the public beginning in January, featuring 12 local families.
4-H Extension Agent Lee Ann McCuiston says the calendars are a way to celebrate the county’s 4-H farm families and raise money for 4-H travel costs.
The calendars can be purchased for $10 at the Extension Office or purchased with an “Ag Tag” Fund donation. Kentucky motorists buying or renewing farm vehicle licenses, or “Ag Tags”, may choose to make a donation of up to $10 for the program. Donations are divided equally among the state’s 4-H, FFA and Department of Agriculture.
This year’s “Ag Tag” Fund saw the largest donation amount in a single fiscal year, raising more than $930,000.
