A Russellville man was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop on Pond River Road in Todd County Saturday.
Elkton Police say they stopped a truck driven by 39-year-old Hector Santiago for a problem with his license plate and found he had a DUI-suspended license.
During the stop, meth, a glass pipe, and a digital scale were reportedly located in his vehicle.
His passenger, 28-year-old Kayla Odom of Russellville, was also found to have two active warrants for her arrest out of Allen and Logan counties.
Santiago was also arrested and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license second offense, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and several other traffic offenses.
