Elkton Mayor Arthur Green has announced the Grand Marshal for the 2024 Elkton Christmas Parade.
During WEKT’s election broadcast Tuesday night, Mayor Green shared that longtime city employee Laura Brock will be at the front of the parade Saturday night, December 14th. He said Brock has done so much for the city and Todd County during her 25-year career.
Brock now serves as the executive administrator for Pennyrile Regional Energy Agency. She retired from the City of Elkton on August 30th.
Kayce Bright now serves as Elkton’s City Clerk/Treasurer.
