The Guthrie Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 29, to discuss the potential building of an apartment complex on Howell Street.
According to the agenda for the meeting, the applicant, William Osborne, is requesting site plan approval for the development of a 5-plex apartment building on Howell Street. The property consists of two tracts of land totaling about a half-acre on the northwestern corner of Howell Street and Lizzy Dancy Street. It is zoned R-4, a multi-family residential area.
The special called meeting will be held Tuesday at 1:00 at Guthrie City Hall.
