A well-known community servant in Todd County will be honored with the Bryan Blount Citizen of the Year award during the Todd County Chamber Annual Dinner November 9th.
Chamber Director Tiffany Groves says the awards committee selected Jimmy Groves to receive the prestigious award this year.
Groves says the award is named after a man who dedicated his life to Elkton and Todd County.
