Despite being in the middle of a major move, the Todd County Public Library continues to offer a diverse range of programs for both children and adults to enjoy.
Michelle Artis, who serves as leader of the summer reading program and circulation clerk, told Your WEKT News Edge during a broadcast at South Todd Elementary that they love working with the schools.
Artis said the summer programs offered introduced new ideas to students who participated.
At appearances at North and South Todd Elementary during open houses, the library offered families an easy way to obtain a free library card. Artis added they were also sharing information about free apps offered through the library that allow families to use them anytime.
The library is currently located at 302 East Main Street in Elkton. Officials are hoping the new location at 507 South Main Street will be open next month.
