Clayton Miller is a 2001 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
He values most from his time in school being with his peers and his interactions with his teachers. Miller says he is very competitive and active and has fond memories of gym class at Todd Central. He adds he has coached basketball and softball throughout his adult life and contributes being actively involved in gym to his extracurricular involvement today.
He also treasures the memory of Tractor Day, something he says everyone looked forward to in and out of school.
Miller advises current Todd Central students to accept the Lord and study the Bible as much as they study for their academics.
To current educators, he says not to conform to the world but to invest in their students, have patience and teach the truth.
After graduating, Miller attended lineman school. He says he finds that hard work and consistency pays off and truly believes the Lord will place someone where they are meant to be in life if they follow Him. He adds this is how he was led to his current role as pastor of Providence Church in Elkton.
Miller was born in Muhlenburg County and grew up in Elkton, where he currently lives with his wife, Brooke, and two children, Gracee and Maybree.
