Elkton Rotary Club’s annual scholarship auction is this week, and the group is still seeking donations to the 2025 Bryan W. Blount, III Century Club.
Auction co-chair Kelvin DeBerry shared that the fundraising initiative idea came from WEKT’s Beth Mann and the Cadiz Rotary Club.
Last year, the group raised over $15,000 in 72 hours, thanks to a strong social media and radio campaign.
Donations of any size can be given to any Elkton Rotarian or mailed to P.O. Box 60; Elkton, Kentucky; 42220. As of Wednesday morning, the 2025 Century Club campaign had raised $12,200. All funds help to provide scholarships for seniors at Todd County Central High School.
