Vickie Osborne Boyd is a 1980 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
Boyd values the education she received and the “forever friendships” she made most from her time at Todd Central, something she says she will always treasure the memory of. Boyd adds she also has fond memories of her home economics classes at the school.
After graduating, Boyd attended the Bowling Green Business College to earn an associate’s degree in medical administration before attending Hopkinsville Community College. Currently, Boyd works several days a week at Billy Goat Hill on Elkton’s square, where community members note her smile and charismatic personality help make shopping in the new store an enjoyable experience.
Boyd advises current Todd Central students to learn as much as possible and seek out as much financial assistance as they can. To current educators, she says to teach all students and not to be judgemental.
Boyd was born in Elkton and still lives there today. She has one child, Joshua Wickware.
