Todd County Judge-Executive Todd Mansfield is pleased following a recent visit to Washington, D.C. with the Pennyrile Area Development District.
Judge Mansfield told Your WEKT News Edge that there were multiple positive conversations with federal legislators.
Mansfield added the main topic of conversation for the region was the Pennyrile Regional Energy Agency pipeline.
The pipeline project has already received $30 million from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The estimated cost of the project is around $120 million.
