Last week, Madisonville Mayor Kevin Cotton hosted a comprehensive tour for a local city councilwoman.
Mayor Cotton, along with student shadow Jadyn Henderson and City of Elkton Councilwoman Emily Carroll, spent a day touring key sites in Madisonville. Their itinerary included visits to City Hall, the Madisonville Regional Airport, Kentucky Sports Factory, the Madisonville Police Regional Training Complex, the Water Filter Plant, local parks, and a drive around the city to view all of the growth taking place.
City officials said they are always willing to share insights into the processes and operations of their local municipality.
