Elkton Residents Arrested On Indictment Warrants For Incest

Four people were arrested on indictment warrants after joint investigations involving the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and the Todd County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday.

Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say 25-year-old Caleb Bell and 31-year-old Elizabeth Gant both of Elkton were indicted on two counts of incest with Bell also being charged with being a persistent felony offender.

In a separate cases, 50-year-old Jeffrey Fletcher and 37-year-old Lindsay Young both of Elkton were indicted on charges of being a persistent felony offender, two counts of trafficking meth, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fletcher and Young are both lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
