With state and district competitions, the students in TCCHS’s extracurriculars are performing exceptionally well, according to Superintendent Mark Thomas.
Thomas offers his congratulations to TCCHS’s boys and girls basketball teams who wrapped up district play this past week with a win over one of Todd County’s rivals, Russellville High School. The teams will finish up their basketball seasons this week and roll into district tournament play next week. Thomas wishes them the best of luck as they represent the school.
He notes the TCCHS Beta Club recently performed at their state competition and did incredibly well, representing themselves and the district well with multiple wins.
Thomas also wishes the best of luck to both the TCCHS dance and archery teams as they both compete at the state level this weekend.
He adds the esports team officially started their spring season and says he hopes to see the team back in the state level championship rounds as they were this past fall.
