Are you a people person with a passion for Kentucky bourbon?
Casey Jones Distillery is looking for energetic Customer Service Reps/Tour Guides to join our guest services team.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and engage with guests, making them feel at home
Lead distillery tours, sharing our history and craft process
Serve tastings and promote our award-winning spirits
Operate POS systems and manage retail sales
Keep the distillery’s public spaces clean and organized
Occasionally assist with bottling spirits
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
Weekend availability and flexible scheduling
Prior customer service experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
