A Clarksville man was charged with possession of drugs on State Street in Guthrie Wednesday afternoon.
Guthrie Police say they were called for 26-year-old Davon Kelley who was behind a business, rolling around and acting weird.
Police say he had slurred speech and appeared to be under the influence after a search of his belongings a syringe, pipes, and other drug paraphernalia with crack cocaine residue on them were found.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of cocaine.
