An Elkton man was arrested over the weekend on a warrant issued last year for various drug charges.
According to an arrest citation from the Hopkinsville Police Department, 34-year-old David McPherson was indicted on April 16, 2024, on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (eight grams of cocaine); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (4.1 grams of meth); possession of drug paraphernalia; and first-degree persistent felony offender (felony cases from Todd County).
McPherson was arrested Saturday morning on East 9th Street.
