Terry Beavers Jr., 44, of Russellville

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Terry Wayne Beavers, Jr.

Mr. Terry Wayne Beavers, Jr., 44, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, January 5th, at his home.

Terry was born on August 24, 1980, in Harrisburg, Illinois the son of Terry Beavers, Sr. and Pamela Bonneville Reed.

He attended Gallatin County High School in Junction, Illinois, and then studied electrical at Ivy Tech Community College in Evansville, Indiana.

On November 26, 2022, he wed Jody Rebar in the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

He was a contractor for 24 years and owned Beavers Contracting, which he and his dad started in 2001. He was very passionate about his company and loved what he did.
Terry or TJ to most that knew him was a devoted husband and father. He had an undeniable love for his family and friends. He always wore a smile on his face and loved to make people laugh, he was quite the comedian. He was a very selfless man and would help anyone in need. He had a beautiful heart and was a man of God. He had a love of music and the outdoors, whether it was in a tree stand, on the water or just sitting around a bonfire. These were his ways of grounding and finding peace. He loved to work with his hands and could make anything from nothing. His wife, Jody called him her MacGyver.

He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Beavers, Sr.; his mother-in-law, Kathy Rebar and three grandparents. He is survived by his wife, Jody Rebar Beavers of Russellville; two sons, Tyler Beavers (Cidney) of Albion, Illinois and Liam Beavers of Erin, Tennessee; a daughter, Jadin Beavers of Albion, Illinois; two bonus children, daughter, Emma Ficke, and son, Brendon Holloway both of Russellville; one grandson, Bowen Beavers of Albion, Illinois; his mother, Pamela Reed of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; his father-in-law, David Rebar of Houtzdale, Pennsylvania; one grandmother, Thelma Robinson of Harrisburg, Illinois; one brother, Brandon Pepper of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; two sisters, Tera Plummer of Piedmont, Missouri and Sonya Bonneville of Evansville, Indiana; one brother-in-law, Adam Rebar of Manchester, Pennsylvania and one sister-in-law, Jessica Rebar of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who all loved him very much.

Visitation with the Beavers family will be on Tuesday, January 14th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating.
