The Guthrie Board of Zoning and Adjustment will host a Thursday afternoon meeting to consider plans for a new Mexican restaurant/store.
In the agenda sent out by Board Chairman Chris Robinson, Eduardo Anastacio Hernandez has presented plans for Los Jarochos. Hernandez is seeking a conditional use permit for the property located at 911 West Park Street. The business is currently operating as only a Mexican market on Ewing Street.
The property is currently zoned P-1 or Professional Office Residential District. The agenda stated that restaurants are allowed in that zone with a conditional use permit.
Thursday’s meeting of the Guthrie Board of Zoning will begin at 4:00 PM at the Guthrie Fire Station at 108 Patriot Street.
