Elkton Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Caleb Kennedy for speeding around the area of Todd County Stone around 3 am and he fled turning onto several roads before coming to a stop at the 4500 block of Tress Shop Road.

Kennedy was then taken into custody and charged with speeding, second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, possession of marijuana, and several traffic offenses.
