The Guthrie Planning Commission will host a special called meeting on Thursday evening to consider a proposal for four new homes in the city limits.
Chairman David England says that Evergreen Ventures, LLC, is requesting for site plan and subdivision approval to allow for the zero-lot-line homes on Second Street. England adds the property is a .48-acre tract on the northwest corner of Second Street and Cherry Street and is currently zoned R-2 (Single Family Residential District).
The meeting will begin Thursday evening at 5:30 inside Guthrie City Hall at 110 Kendall Street.
