A Trenton man was indicted by the Todd County Grand Jury earlier this month on charges involving a minor and sexual acts.
In an indictment returned last week, 26-year-old Jonaustin Montgomery Vickers was indicted on charges of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 12 and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 16.
The indictment stated that between March 18 and July 24, 2024, Vickers distributed pictures/videos of a sexual performance by a minor, listed only by initials in the indictment. Vickers also performed sexual acts with the minor on three separate occasions between those dates.
