The Tennessee Valley Authority is currently developing its latest Integrated Resource Plan and is inviting community input to ensure that the region’s priorities are taken into account.
TVA’s Scott Brooks told Your News Edge the entire draft plan can be found at TVA.com/IRP.
TVA officials are traveling across their service area to present the highlights of the proposed plan and hear in-person feedback. The tour will make a stop in Hopkinsville at the Bruce Convention Center on Thursday night, November 7th, beginning at 6:00.
Those that can’t make the in-person event, can view the plan and submit comments online. Comments are due by December 11th. Brooks said all comments received will be considered.
