A Russellville man was charged with DUI along with wanton endangerment after a traffic stop on US 79 Tuesday night.

Guthrie Police Officer Tyler Honeycutt says he stopped a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Dylan Wilson for his license plate not being illuminated.

During the stop, officers could reportedly smell the odor of marijuana in the vehicle and noticed a 10-year-old child in the passenger seat.

Honeycutt says after his field sobriety test Wilson was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, DUI, possession of marijuana, rear license plate not illuminated, and failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation.
