Todd County To Hold Driver’s License Pop-Up Event

Todd County will host a pop-up driver’s license event Saturday, Aug. 13.

The pop-up program, through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), brings services offered in regional offices to local communities that don’t have access to one in the county. At the event, Todd County residents will be able to upgrade to a “REAL ID” license, request an eight-year license if due to renew, update their name or address and renew commercial driver’s licenses. Only Todd County residents are eligible to participate in the pop-up.

Registration for the pop-up begins Tuesday, July 30. Services are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made online and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Staff may be able to take a limited number of walk-ins, but there is no guarantee. The program does not accept cash payment but can accept credit/debit cards, checks or money orders.

Individuals can also renew their licenses online or by mail HERE.

The pop-up event will be held at the “1976” Todd County Courthouse at 202 E. Washington St. in Elkton.

Register online HERE.
