Todd County Central High School Alumni Spotlight: Edwin Wilson

Edwin Monroe Wilson is a 1964 graduate of Todd County Central High School.

After graduating from Todd County, Wilson earned his associate’s degree at the Community College of the USAF, then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree at Emory Riddle Aeronautical University.

Wilson decided to stay with the Air Force after his education, serving as a USAF Loadmaster and Fort Campbell Airfield Supervisor for 21 years.

As for his time at Todd Central, Wilson says he most values the people he met there. He adds the friends he met in high school remain in his memories for decades after graduating.

To current students, he says to study hard now, because it will make life easier in the future. To current educators, Wilson says to never give up on any student. Every student has potential, but some may need help to believe in themselves.

A Todd County native, Wilson now calls Clarksville, Tennessee his home. He is married to Joanne Wilson and has two children, Scott Edwin Wilson and Dawn Marie Low.
