An Elkton man was charged with leading law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit in Todd County Friday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s Deputy Derek Baumann says he attempted to stop a truck driven by Gregory Mitchell and he fled at a high rate of speed before stopping on Spurlin Road in Kirkmansville.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, speeding, reckless driving, DUI, and first-degree wanton endangerment.
