Med Center Health announced Wednesday that Logan Memorial Hospital will officially join its network as its seventh hospital, effective July 1st.
Located in Russellville, Kentucky, Logan Memorial Hospital is a 75-bed acute care facility serving a population of approximately 45,000. The hospital features a range of services including a surgery center, a 24-hour emergency department, and advanced imaging technology. It also offers specialized care in areas such as cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and sleep disorder treatment.
The acquisition will also include three medical office buildings and rural health clinics in Russellville, Auburn, and Elkton. Following the acquisition, the hospital will be renamed The Medical Center at Russellville.

Local physician leader and Board Member at Logan Memorial Hospital, Dr. Kamal Singh, expressed confidence in the transition, saying, “We believe that Med Center Health has the tools and resources to provide exceptional patient care in the near term and well into the future.”
Med Center Health already operates several hospitals in the region, including The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Scottsville, Franklin, Caverna, and Albany.
