Teresa Knight Jones is a 1977 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
She values most from Todd Central its leadership and mentors as well as so many of the wonderful teachers in the community. She remembers her years in high school as being a fun, wonderful time in her life. She adds the Class of ’77 was pretty a pretty close-knit group, and to this day, her classmates have been so supportive when she lost her husband and high school sweetheart of 43 years. Jones is so thankful for the small community and the love and support shown to her family. She will always treasure the memory of the bond and friendship of her class that has gone on for almost 50 years.
Jones adds her granddaughter Lynnlee is a senior at Todd Central, and advises her and all current students to enjoy their high school years but to study hard. To current educators, she says to care.
After graduating, she received a Kentucky cosmetology license.
Jones lives in Guthrie and has three children, Travis, Alexis, and Russell, all graduates of Todd Central as well.
