Funeral services for 76-year old Keith Heltsley of Elkton will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Judges Chapel General Baptist Church in Fruit Hill. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at the church.

Funeral services are incomplete for 70-year old Billy Wayne Noel of Fairview. Latham Funeral Home in Elkton is in charge of the arrangements to be announced later.
