Katie Dulin is a 2010 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
She values most from her time in school the friendships that she made there. To current students of Todd Central, Dulin says their time there is a small piece of their life – the big part is coming before they know it.
Dulin was born in Hopkinsville and now lives in Elkton. She has three children, Hunter, Colton and Anna.
