Julie Hood Knight is a 1990 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
After graduating, she attended Hopkinsville Community College and earned her associate’s degree in business management and accounting.
Knight values the friendships she made and the memories she carries with her the most from Todd Central. She remembers pep rallies, football, and basketball games and treasures the memory of her senior prom.
To current students, Knight says they should enjoy their time in high school, study hard, and put in all the effort they can into their grades. She adds their time in school will go way too fast.
To current educators, she says they should stand their ground, keep pushing their students to do the best they can and encourage them as to how much their education means.
Knight was born in Germany and now lives in Elkton, Kentucky. She has two children, Jonathan Knight and Elizabeth “Brooke” Knight.
