The Todd County Clerk’s Office will have limited services for the next month due to a system update in early 2024.
Clerk Cindy O’Bryan announced that her office will be closing at noon on December 12, 14, and 19 for training. Additionally, the office will be closed from December 22 to December 26 for the Christmas holiday, and from December 29 to January 2, 2024, for the New Year’s holiday. On January 3, the office will only be open for record recording, marriage licenses, notaries, and elections. The office will also be closed on January 15 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
For the first two weeks of 2024, the office will not be able to process any business related to motor vehicles, campers, trailers, ATVs/UTVs, and other items that require a title. This includes vehicle and trailer renewals and disabled placards. O’Bryan advises individuals with renewals to take care of them in December and urges dealers to handle any paperwork held by the office this month as well.
