Pennyrile Electric is hoping to make major progress Sunday to restore electricity in southern Todd County after a tornado took down more than 50 utility poles Saturday afternoon.
Pennyrile Electric Vice-president of member services Brent Gilkey says the tornado left more than 1,500 customers in the dark.
