Abby Nicole Dill is a 2007 graduate of Todd County Central High School.
After graduating, she attended Murray State University for her bachelor’s of social work then Western Kentucky University for her master’s in social work. Her vocation is in child welfare and mental health/therapy.
Dill values most from her time at Todd Central its sense of community and belonging. She remembers the community and hometown-feel and loved the many end-of-year activities throughout the years, such as “free time” in middle school to Junior War Games and Project Graduation in high school.
To current students, Dill says time changes perception. Let go of today’s “bad”, because in 10 years, most of it will not matter anymore.
To current educators, she says times have changed and people must work to evolve with them. Today’s kids and families function in very different realities than many remember when it comes to education and school settings.
Dill was born in Russellville, Kentucky and now lives in Elkton.
