Todd County voters will have one local race on the May Primary Election ballot in 2024.
County Clerk Cindy O’Bryan told Your WEKT News Edge that the Todd County Circuit Court Clerk’s office will be featured. The position is held by J. Mark Cowherd.
To qualify as a Circuit Court Clerk in Kentucky, one must receive a passing grade of 70% or higher on a written examination prepared and administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts.
No Todd County resident has announced their intent to run for the next six-year term. The deadline to file for the May Primary Election is Friday, January 5, 2024, and election day will be Tuesday, May 21.
