The City of Elkton and Historic Todd County, Inc. are joining forces to host a special event on Friday, September 22, to benefit the Historic 1835 Todd County Courthouse.
The event, Hometown Harvest, aims to bring the community together for an evening under the stars on Elkton Town Square. Attendees will be treated to appetizers and a meal made from local ingredients. Alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
It will include a short program from Historic Todd County, Inc., a diverse selection of local auction items, and live entertainment from the Cumberland Winds Jazz Trio. Additionally, each attendee will receive a keepsake from the event.
The event will kick off that evening with a social hour at 6:00, followed by dinner at 7:00. Tickets can be purchased at Elkton City Hall or here. The ticket price includes appetizers, salad, a meal with two meats and local vegetables, and dessert.
The deadline to purchase tickets is Monday, September 18. Proceeds will go to the rehabilitation of the courthouse.
